I decided to go out and take a walk with my dogs, I've really missed them.

Over the next 8 years, I was put on a variety of meds, from ace-inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, calcium-channel blockers, beta-blockers and diuretics etc... 

I hated the idea of having to swallow those annoying blood pressure drugs every single day. It put me in what I called some sort of emotional bondage and the side effect of the BP drugs made me to forget things easily.

One drug turned me into a walking dead man (zombie). I couldn’t think, focus, or remember anything. Another caused excessive urination, which stressed me out even more, and I was moved onto another drug to counteract that, which created a whole heap of new side effects.
